At THE FLIPPO, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request returns, replacements, or refunds for products purchased through our platform.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may initiate a return request within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
A clear, unedited video recording of the package being opened is mandatory as evidence. This video must clearly show the unsealing process of the parcel. Without this video proof, requests for return or refund will not be accepted.
Customers must provide the order confirmation or proof of purchase while initiating a return request.
2. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days and will be credited to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
Shipping, handling, or payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
Products may be exchanged only if they are received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition.
Customers must inform THE FLIPPO within seven (7) days of delivery, along with the mandatory unboxing video and proof of purchase.
Replacement requests will be processed subject to product availability and verification of the claim.
